Studio in a Luxury Holiday House at the foot of the hill of Cortona

Little studio in a unique context: an ancient olive oil mill newly converted into an exclusive holiday house. Thanks to accurate architectural restoration, the XVII th century building, perhaps a former monastery due to its “cloister” structure, has been transformed into luxury apartments, situated in a small valley, amid Tuscan olive-groves, cypresses and vineyards. The studio is about 30 m2 with cotto tiles and wooden beams. It has a sofa bed and a table for two persons. It has air conditioned and wi-fi connection. You can relax after day excursions in the vast garden in common with other co owners (very quiet also in high season) and enjoy the swimming pool . There is also a big table and a barbecue corner, where you can grill the famous “chianina” meat, one of the most delicious local products, together with wines and extra-virgin olive oil.
