In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Accommodation description: This beautiful and modern holiday apartment has a sunny location against the mountain slope. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Ossiacher See. On one side of the village is the large lake and on the other side are the rolling forested mountains of the Gerlitzen Alpes. Its ideal location close to the lake makes it a perfect summer destination. The lake is within walking distance from the house and there are several bathing beaches in the area. Directly from the house you can make beautiful walks and hikes. In the winter, the Gerlitzen ski area (only 2900 meters away) can be easily reached by car or shuttle bus to the Kanzelbahn. The apartment is modernly furnished and has a well-equipped open kitchen with a cooking island. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons. On the same floor, there is a bedroom for 2 persons and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The eye-catcher is the large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Ossiacher See. Here you can fully relax and unwind. With the ski pass for the Gerlitzen ski area, you can take the shuttle bus to the Kanzelbahn. Here you can let yourself go on 42 kilometres of ski slopes. Both the beginner and the advanced skier can do well here. At every level you can enjoy the descents on the sunny slopes of Gerlitzen. After a day of skiing, you can leave your ski equipment in the ski storage room. In the summer, the Sattendorf area is like heaven for mountain bikers and hikers. For both the beginner and the advanced hiker there are beautiful routes and you can enjoy nature. The Osssiacher See is a 10 km long mountain lake where you can have a lovely swim in the summer or rent a boat for a nice boat trip. Also visit the city of Villach with its beautiful historical centre. This city has many attractions and shops. This apartment is a very suitable location for an unforgettable family holiday!
