Set inside a private property of two hectares, the house is surrounded by a lawn with an oval-shaped swimming pool with steps leading into the water. On the main façade there is an equipped portico of 35 m2. It is possible to go for beautiful walks, purchase wine and olive oil at the local manufacturers. Parking. Please note: on 1st floor, the additional small double bed in one of the double bedrooms is 120 cm wide. There is one single bed situated in a small overhead gallery, which you reach by means of a simple ladder. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.
