Our gîte, labeled Gîtes de France 3 épis, is made up of: * a living area of 160 m2, all comfort (dishwasher, bath and shower, Scandinavian stove), old typical Jura farmhouse dating from 1730, recently renovated in a contemporary style preserving the authenticity of the place and offering beautiful volumes: 2 lounges, one vaulted, the other with mezzanine. * an outbuilding with table tennis table, games for children, bicycle storage. * an adjoining private garden very sunny and protected from the wind where you can take your meals or rest in complete privacy. On site: departure from hiking and mountain biking trails, multi-sports ground, tennis, bakery, grocery store, cafe, pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser. Nearby: remote from Baume les Messieurs (accessible on foot), Jurafaune animal park, caves, Chalain lake, Hérisson waterfalls, Château-Chalon, Lons le Saunier thermal baths. Very bright, the house comprises on the ground floor:  * a large fully equipped kitchen with farm table  * a cross vaulted living room,  * a TV lounge with mezzanine, giving access to the terrace and the garden,  * a bathroom (shower and bath),  * an independent WC,  *laundry,  * a bedroom (140cm bed) opening onto the terrace. Upstairs are the mezzanine and 2 bedrooms: the first of 25 m2 can accommodate 3 adults and a child, the second of 14 M2 has two twin beds. A Norwegian stove can enhance your evenings.
