A beautiful private cottage close to local markets and beaches

Tucked away down the end of a very quiet lane in the beautiful Noosa/Peregian hinterland is this three bedroom, two bathroom cottage. Dahlia Cottage is surrounded by large acreage properties with no close neighbours, so privacy and peace and quiet are very much the norm. Wild kangaroos, honeyeaters and other local wildlife abound. The cottage is a 10 min drive to Eumundi for the markets and 10 min drive to our closest beach at Peregian. Noosa Beach is a 20 min drive away. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away in Peregian Springs. Pizza delivery is available too! Dahlia Cottage has 3 bedrooms that accommodate up to 6 people. Bed 1 is downstairs and has a queen size bed. Bed 2 and 3 are upstairs. Bed 2 is a king bed that splits into 2 king singles. Bed 3 is a queen bed. Dahlia Cottage is on a very quiet 2 acre block with a large lagoon style pool. It has an indoor/outdoor family room that allows for entertaining outside without having to deal with the local insects. :) This space has serving access to the kitchen. Dahlia Cottage also has a large butlers pantry/laundry space off the indoor outdoor room, that accommodates a 2nd fridge with icemaker + washer and dryer. The entire cottage, surrounding gardens and pool are available for guest use. Approx 100 metres behind the cottage is a caretakers studio. Gardens separate these 2 buildings so privacy is assured. Keys will be available via a key box - code will be texted to guests on day of entry. Escape the rat race and relax around the pool.
