There is a private trial walk in the back yard waters, this will take you directly to Paterson’s Lakes local shopping Centre by a 300 metres walk. For families spending time by the waters and loves the beach. This home will cater another trial walk along the iconic Paterson Lakes river. This river trial will take you directly to the famous soft white sandy Carrum beach within minutes on foot from the front door. Our place does NOT allow event, party or gathering of any kind. We are sorry about this. Guests may need to leave/check out the property earlier than intended if this house rule is broken with no refund.
