For the last four years Minvielle has been brought back to life as a charming family holiday retreat on the banks of the Saison river. The house is constructed from river stone and retains all of its rural french charm with the modern conveniences one would expect. The living accommodation comprises one large family room with a great wood burner, dinning area, kitchen and two large balconies for eating alfresco. On the front balcony there is a Webber gas BBQ and seating. Above the family room there is probably the largest master bedroom you will ever come across with fantastic views of a river pool. The master has an ensuite bathroom along with an alfresco bath on the private master balcony. On this level there is also an additional large lounge area with woodburner and TV. Two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom leading off from the lounge. There is also a another twin bedroom and bathroom on this floor. Downstairs there is an additional living area with another kitchen which can be used as a separate apartment. This has another two bedrooms and bathroom with a breakfast balcony and day balcony. The grounds surround the house and lead down to the river which is only 30m from your front door. The river beach has a fire pit area.
