“Torre del Santo” is located on top of a hill in the Chianti area and commands a spectacular view over the countryside against the backdrop of the towers of San Gimignano. It dates back to the year 1000 and a long and painstaking restoration has transformed it into a splendid holiday residence. The building is made up of two separate parts, the tower and the old barn, connected by a glass corridor rendering this residence even more fascinating and particular and there is also an annex next to the pool. Outdoors is especially welcoming, lawns with rose bushes, scented jasmines, the spill-away edge swimming pool (10x5, 1.10-1.20m deep)(15/05-15/10) with an adjacent Jacuzzi. Three gazebos, the barbeque and the garden furniture make your stay particularly comfortable with the chance to enjoy outdoor meals and dinners. The two most famous cities in Tuscany, namely Florence and Siena, rich with museums, restaurants and high-fashion shops are quick to reach due to its geographical position, half-way between them. The tasteful furnishing is a blend between classic and modern pieces creating a particularly comfortable atmosphere. Included in the price are 2 hours/day cleaning (not on Sundays), a complimentary arrival dinner and Tennis court (10 minute drive distance). It is possible to request a cook for typical Tuscan meals, a chef for ceremonies and special occasions, extra cleaning hours.
