The ground floor of the attractive living and dining area with adjoining open kitchen (fully tiled). From the ground floor, it goes directly to the sheltered south-facing terrace. In the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a utility room with washing machine for free use. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor is fully equipped with cork floor.
