Cozy Secluded Catskill cabin sits on 11 Beautiful acres overlooking a beautiful stream known as The Stony Clove Creek. Enjoy year round. Great for hiking on property. Fire pit, wood burning stove. Hiking, skiing, fishing, and hunting all close by. Great restaurants. Hunter Mountain Ski Resort is 7 miles away. Town of Phoenicia 6 miles away. Belleayre Ski Mountain 30 mins. Cozy bedroom has A Full Size over Full Size Bunk bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed. It sleeps 6 people. There is also Cable TV in the bedroom and a Smart TV. Due to Covid bed linens are not provided. Please provide your own pillows, sheets, and blankets. Living room has 2 Futons that open up to Full Size Beds. Sleeps 4 people. There is Spectrum Cable TV and a Smart TV. Also has a Wood Burning Stove with wood included. There is no cell service, but there is a land line. Free Wifi internet is available. The kitchen has a stove top with pots and pans and utensils, Microwave, Electric Grill Pan, extra large Toaster Oven and a full size refrigerator. There is also an outdoor grill with propane provided. Full bathroom has a shower no bathtub. Towels are not provided. Enjoy sitting outside next to a cozy fire pit. Firewood is provided. Due to covid, all linens Are NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Sorry for the inconvenience.
