The Forest of Dean, a short drive, has great cycling for all abilities, with old railway lines which are now dedicated cycle tracks, a fabulous way to take in nature and the countryside. Attractions in the forest such, as Puzzlewood and Go Ape are popular and make a great day out. Fishing, climbing, canoeing, horse riding, golfing and fishing can all be found within the surrounding areas. Historical places of interest include the many castles in the area, Tintern Abbey and The Roman Fortress in the walled town of Caerleon. Visit Chepstow Racecourse, Abergavenny, Monmouth or the pretty town of Usk. Cardiff, the vibrant capital city of Wales, is well worth visiting and offers theatres, museums, bars, restaurants, extensive shopping and the Millennium Stadium. Free WiFi Dog only.
