The duplex is located within the CBD. Close to the local TAFE, the shopping centre and within 2 minutes walk of restaurants and hotels. It is only a short stroll to see the mighty Clarence river as well as other heritage items in the local heritage precinct. If you are visiting during our beautiful Jacaranda Festival, it's only half a block to Fisher park, which is Festival central. Villiers can be a busy road and a rail line, there is some noise associated with this. We have done our best to limit this with thick curtains and ear plugs are available.
