I worked in Chicago for 24 years, and still visit the city frequently, especially for new exhibits. There is an Aldi grocery store and Walmart, 5 minutes from my home. I am also 5 minutes from from Five Guys, Chipolte, Noodles, Target & Aldi. I am 5 miles away from the East Chicago Station for the South Shore Line commuter train, that provides service to Chicago. Both Uber & Lyft provide car service in my area. My daughter (age 10) and I (age 54) live here.
