Charming Garden Cottage

A cozy studio for 1-2 people looking for a fun filled weekend or a long relaxing week away...walk or bike to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, chairs, towels and bikes included! This old fashion seasonal cottage is cozy with wood floors, bright interior, and large windows to enjoy the gardens all around including the secluded wooded area out the back. It is a nice private space to call your own. The whole cottage will be yours to yourself. There is plenty of room for relaxing or working if need be. The yard has a shared fire pit to build a fire, wood provided, and a nice area to sit outside for a drink, lunch or dinner alfresco. Two bikes are available to explore the beautiful garden filled Pentwater neighborhoods, or ride to Lake Michigan just a short distance away. In the summer, beach towels, chairs and cooler are provided for a day at the beach. We are available to guests for any suggestions for food, sightseeing ideas, day trips, fishing trip, etc. Any questions please ask. If you would like the cottage stocked with your favorite food and beverages we are happy to accommodate that also. The cottage is located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of main street, 6 blocks, so it is very peaceful, yet easy access to the fun of all there is in Pentwater. Walking and biking in the village is the common mode of transportation. Lots of close by restraunts and shopping. The local grocery store is just 4 blocks away, with deli, grocery, wine, liquor. The location is easily accesssible, parking right outside your door. You can walk to town, drive or hop on one of the two bikes available to you. We live on the property and spend as much time as we can in the yard. We also have a friendly young rambunctious dog named Lola that will say hello, she will also be out in the yard during your stay.
