Awesome Cozy Room in The Heart of Sunnyside!

Modern cozy apartment with lots of natural light, located in the heart of Sunnyside, Queens. Great, safe and lively area, full of bars, cafes & restaurants. The 7 train is only 2 blocks away, taking you into Manhattan in less than 15 mins. La Guardia Airport is only 10 mins away and Jfk Airport is 25 mins away by driving. Please enjoy your stay! The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen. All communal areas are available to guests. The other roomies are a nice couple and will be myself :) Guest will have a private furnished bedroom and full access to all shared areas. I will be your other roommate during your accommodation. But i usually work 10-12 hours a day so you may contact with me via text/e-mail/calls when i'm not in home. Sunnyside is one of the coolest neighborhoods in Queens,New York! There are excessively bars, cafes and restaurants within a minute's walk from the apartment, and the bustling Queens Blvd is at the end of the block. The apartment is only 2 blocks away and 5 mins walking distance from 7 train 40th St/Lowery St. station. Less than 15 mins to Manhattan.
