3 bedrooms in private upstairs wing of our beautiful home. This is a shared home, guest space is upstairs on the other side of home from downstairs master we stay in. Beautiful quiet housing development in west Little Rock (Villages of Wellington) at the end of a Cul-de-sac the home is furnished with eclectic design. 15 min driving to Downtown. Nearby restaurants, Shopping, Hospitals,and Grocery store. We are kind and very welcoming. Sorry we do not allow parties of an kind in our home available kitchen if wanting to cook, coffee and tea available. printer & WIFI available All spaces are available for use except downstairs master bedroom (not pictured) Always available for guests. And will receive guest key code for home entry Our neighborhood is up on top of a hill with stunning views of landscape. There is a park and tennis court nearby. We have tennis rackets and balls for use as well and riding bikes male and female seats Use of UBER is easy very easy to get around 2 rules our master bedroom is off limits😊 No parties Pet are allowed with a fee of $75.00 Any towels taken from the property will be paid for at the rate of $20.00 for large $15.00 for medium and $10.00 for small towels
