Absent for the summer season, I put my house every year at the disposal of travelers. In the heart of nature, at the edge of the woods, you will discover an old sheepfold recently restored. Here, you will enjoy the calm and serenity of the countryside and the exceptional view of the sunset on the Cevennes. Housing 12km from Uzès, the sheepfold is located in the town of Collorgues. Without any immediate neighborhood, it enjoys a panoramic view of the Cévennes massif. Detached house of 105m². 2 bedrooms with double beds + 1 bedroom communicating with the living room (see photos "Living room"). Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower + bath, separated toilet, big very bright living room with chimney. Ground of 7500m ² deprived and closed. Terrace. Barbecue. I will be absent during your stay, you will use the entire property privately. A screen is available in the living room to watch movies using a USB key (or an HDMI cable if you come with your laptop). Remember to plan your movies, I did not install the tv! I made the choice to produce my electricity. The house is powered exclusively by solar panels. The installation is planned to bring you all the comfort of a house connected to the network, you will only have to respect some instructions concerning very energy-consuming appliances (the washing machine and the dishwasher must be put in operation in sunny day only .) Access of travelers The sheepfold and its garden are independent, access will be exclusively reserved. The sheepfold is on the outskirts of the village. It is surrounded by fields, vineyards and woods. Departure of hiking on foot, horseback or bike on site. Canoeing / kayaking and swimming in Collias - 15km. Water Park - 5km. Fishing pond - 5km. Horseback riding - 500m. Possibility of hosting horses on site (pre + box) or at the nearby equestrian center. Equestrian center 500m for lessons, rental of ponies for walks in hand of the smallest or accompanied horseback rides. Other remarks FOR TRAVELERS WITH ANIMALS: I have animals, and I like to travel with them. I will be delighted to welcome you with your pet only if you agree to respect the following points: - The ground is fenced on the forest path (and electric ribbons on the boundary with the horse meadow). The path that runs along the garden is sometimes taken by riders from the nearby equestrian center. You will be extremely careful to always close the gate so as not to endanger the children who pass with their ponies. - Dogs and cats are not allowed in the beds or sofas, out of respect for the next tenants. - You will be careful to pick up the droppings in the garden. We put at your disposal a container to throw them. - It is best not to leave your dog alone in the house during your absence. You can install it safely in the box of my horse (which will not be there ...), or in the workshop facing the kitchen where is installed a large cushion for him (or them!) - Attention, it is very hot in this shelter the summer! - Avoid playing or running your dog inside the house. The floors, parquet and waxed concrete are very sensitive to claws ... The sheepfold is independent, its access will be exclusively reserved.
