Hunters Den Basement Apartment

Welcome to the Hunter's Den, well-maintained basement apartment with separate entrance from the pool deck. Heated saltwater pool, Private Patio area with BBQ, shared use of an outdoor bar with Smart TV. We have a Netflix account for our guests as well as Rogers ignite TV with the ultimate sports package which can be accessed on both apartment TV's as well as the outdoor bar. We also have a fire pit available for our guests! We get our property sprayed for mosquitoes!! Quiet neighbourhood in Old Lynhurst, a short five-minute drive to downtown shopping and restaurants as well as local amenities & attractions. A quick trip to Port Stanley beach, Joe Thornton Arena, beautiful parks, 15-minute drive to London and the 401. There is a coded entry system through a large mud room, plenty of room for coats and boots in the winter months and pool toys in the summer months. The pool is heated to 88 degrees starting on May long weekend until closure in September. There is motion lighting to access the apartment entry, and there is also a security system with four outdoor cameras. Guests must go through the bedroom to access the bathroom. We love interacting with our guests, but we take our cues from our guests, if privacy is what they are looking for we give them just that. We are always available to address any concerns our guest may have. Very sought after neighbourhood in (Website hidden by Airbnb) Elgin. Every home in this neighbourhood is unique. Tranquil area walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, pubs, railway museum and of course the monument of Jumbo, the elephant! Plenty of walking paths in the area. 10 min drive to Joe Thorton Community Centre and ball diamonds. Apartment suitable for five guests (short term) 4 long term, couch and futon surfers are free! Please let us know if you are scent sensitive. Shuttle service from the London airport or Port Standley when owners are available. Plenty of parking on site. 15-minute walk to downtown. We are not on a bus route. There are a king size bed, big comfy couches and a futon in one room, separate queen size bed in another, NOTE: you must go through the queen size bedroom to access the bathroom.
