Cozy room in Sunnyside Gardens (near Manhattan)

My home is located in the historic neighborhood of Sunnyside, Queens, one of NYC’s hidden gems. Minutes away to many great restaurants and bars, including Quaint, Claret, Bliss Bistro, Sole Luna. Located 25 minutes door to door to get to many important Manhattan landmarks. Twin bed and workspace. Lots of natural light. Shared bathroom. ***Applicable taxes will be charged upon arrival.*** Located in Sunnyside Gardens Historic District. The private back yard, full of green and very quiet, it is a nice place to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine after dinner. Since I work at home i am most of the time available to answer guests questions, in the evening I like to have nice conversations with my guests. Residential area, lots of trees in the streets and backyard. Approximately 20 minutes to Times Square. Lots of good places to eat. Just 5 minutes from home are two nice places Claret wine Bar that serves food also Skillman Restaurant that has live music on weekends! Two and a half blocks away BlIss Bistro , highly recommended , very good food guests can bring their own bottle . Public Transportation Subway: 7 train goes straight to Grand Central Station (15 minutes), Bryant Park (17 minutes) and Times Square (20 minutes) Bus: Q32 and Q60 will take you to 59th street, near Central Park and 5th Avenue To JFK there is public transportation, to LGA I'd recommend taking a taxi - it's close by and the ride will be inexpensive and a lot more convenient than the available public transportation.
