Playing by the lake, or using it as a base to visit the attractions of the area. All-day sun and lovely views of Lake Rotoiti and bush. The house is comfortably furnished (including TV with Freeview), the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and all usual appliances, laundry with washing machine and drier. A log burner keeps the house cosy in the winter. Kayak, BBQ and fish smoker for your use. Perfect for holidays and weekends, summer or winter. Ideal for 2 families with children. Situated less than 20 minutes from Rotorua, near Okere Falls and 35minutes from Papamoa Beach. Public boat ramp within 5 minutes drive. (Arrival 3pm; Departure 11am. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged at no cost where possible) Special conditions: Pillows, duvet inners, duvet covers and blankets supplied. Linen and towels can be supplied by special arrangement at extra charge. Boat tie-up available. Please note that the rates are for 2 people. There is a $30 charge per person per night for additional guests. This will automatically be calculated when the number of guests are enetered on the booking request. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels) unless linen has been specifically arranged. Conditions for pets: • If you have made arrangements to bring your pet(s), please ensure: o Dogs are not allowed on the furniture anywhere in the house. o Dogs are not allowed upstairs in the bedroom area. o The laundry and garage are suitable for dogs when it rains. o All dog waste must be removed from the lawns, paved areas and decks outside. This can be discarded in the garden in front of the house down the bank. o Although the house is fenced, there are areas where dogs can escape such as under the gates. o Please ensure that that dogs will not be a nuisance to neighbours. COVID LOCKDOWN RESTRICTIONS In the case of travel restrictions due to a Covid lockdown, a full refund is offered up to the day of arrival. Please contact the owner in this situation.
