Lovely light and sunny bach - a perfect place for an extended family holiday. Two double and one twin bedrooms. Large well provisioned kitchen. A huge sleep out outside with a double bed, shower and toilet and bunk room. Just the queen's chain between the bach and the bay. Great flat ground so very safe for little children. Well fenced. Great swimming and at low tide a lively place for children to explore. Access from Picton is a 15 minute ride by boat/water taxi. (BOAT ACCESS ONLY). We have private mooring. Large flat garden round the property great for ball games, croquet, etc. Large flat land next door for more energetic games. Uninterrupted view of the water .. just two steps from the bach. Lovely jetty for fishing, Safe beach for little children to explore. Large deck with plenty of room for great lunches from the barbecue. Two modern light kayaks to explore the bay. Lochmara Lodge just round the bay for a change of scenery - (cafe/restaurant, wildlife centre). Visit Picton for a latte and the Marlborough wine trail to sample some regional delights. Hike across the hills to Portage or up to meet the Queen Charlotte track. Special conditions: Smoking allowed outside only. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets) and take all the rubbish with you.
