Centrally located in Mount Gambier Aquifer Blue is a beautifully appointed four bedroom home able to accomodate up to 10 guests. Two indoor living area's, an alfresco dining area, fully enclosed back yard, six televisions, free Wi-fi and Netflix ensure everyone can find their own space. The master bedroom has its own private ensuite, whilst another full bathroom provides for the remainder of the home. Heating and cooling enable you to enjoy the property no matter the season. Located on the historic Bay Rd Mount Gambier, a 10 minute walk south will have you at the iconic blue lake, a 10 minute walk the other way will have you in the centre of town, enjoying an extensive range of restaurants, cafes, hotels as well as shopping experiences. Two doors down is also one of Mount Gambier's coffee shops, Bay Blue Espresso Bar, not only do they do great coffee they also offer food options as well! ~ Guest access ~ Please specify the bedroom arrangements you will require before arriving. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 will be left open for a booking of four guests. These both contain king size beds. The 2 other bedrooms will be locked unless extra guests have been added to the booking or an alternative request has been approved.
