This place is quiet and clean, recently renovated with love and expertise. I have two bedrooms to offer. The room preferred by guests is in the basement, quite spacious, has its own refrigerator, newly renovated private bathroom, washer and dryer. The room on the second floor has new IKEA style furniture. That room has shared new bathroom with the host (me). The kitchen and dining corner are in white and gray waiting for people to add their color and vibe. You can have one of the rooms for the listed price. If you need both rooms let me know to check if the other one is available (my daughter visits occasionally). In case it is available you have to book for minimum three people even you are only two. Kitchen and living room are shared. The washer and drier are in the basement which requires coordinating access with the host (me). I limit myself to use the washer and drier only once every two weeks. That applies to guests that stay more than 2 weeks. I never bother guests when they stay less than that. I live in the condo, and I’m available either by texting or in person. I work a lot and sometimes weird hours so many times I do not have the chance to see my guests in person. It’s within waking distance from MTA bus that can get you to the mall, the movie theater or the Metro station and from there to downtown Baltimore. You can find around shopping centers with a variety of dining options. The Ice skating rink is within 10 min driving. Historic Reisterstown offers eateries, boutiques and antique shops. Parking is free in the neighborhood, bus is close, Metro is just couple of bus stops away. There are two steps before you enter the house so the place is not suitable for wheelchair access. I do not cook or offer breakfast, so bring your own snacks and food. There is a coffee maker with coffee and tee to start the day with a smile.
