In southern Italy and close to Tropea, the house is located in a condo with a private beach that is only 200 metres far, where you will find white sand and crystal blue water. The house is extremely functional, well equipped and comfortable. Comprised by three silent and spacious double bedrooms, two bathrooms of which one is ensuite and an open plan kitchen overlooking the living room and the terrace. The terrace is fully equipped with a built in barbecue and table and seating places to dine. Secluded although not isolated with an easy reach to the beach and the parking space for you to get the car and wonder off to the nearby village for a coffee and groceries’ shopping, the house is a perfect place for and intimate and peaceful beach holiday. The villa includes also an allocated beach space with a beach umbrella, a deck chair and a sunbed. As the private beach is partially owned by the five stars hotel Porto Pirgos, also inside the condo, beach facilities and lifeguard service are supplied.
