Opunake is located in stunning Taranaki and situated on Surf Highway 45 and is renowned for its surfing beaches and cafes. Kings Cottage is a place where you can unwind from your busy life and take the time to slow right down. As probably one of the closest holiday homes to Opunake's main street, you can just walk around the corner to the shops, cafes, movie theatre, art galleries, chemists and the pubs. If you are a bowler, the bowling club is close by too. Owned by the towns first bakers and built in 1910, this fully furnished gorgeous cottage features rimu flooring. With 3 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom (Sleeps 9) you'll be able to bring the whole family! There is Sky and a DVD/video player, with a small selection of videos and DVD's to choose from. There are also a selection of games, books and puzzles for guests to use. . The cottage is only 5minutes walk to Opunake's main beach and about 12 mins to the event centre, lake walk and community swimming pool.
