Tom's Cottage is part of the former Park Cottage Guest House, situated just outside Dalton-in-Furness, 7 km from Ulverston, a country Market town. The cottage is in a rural location, overlooking Burlington trout lake, and has views of the southern Lake District fells. It is now a self-contained and completely independent holiday cottage, with enclosed garden at the front and a courtyard type area at the rear, each with garden furniture..Free Internet access. BOOKINGS ARE 7 or 14 NIGHTS< SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY. Three bedrooms, Two bathrooms. Plus downstairs WC Bedroom 1 is a double bedded room, with an en suite shower room and WC. Bedside lamps, dressing table and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a King-sized bed, bedside lamps, dressing table and wardrobe. It also has an extra room,- an ante-room- often used as a dressing room, with access to the bathroom which has a bath in addition to a walk-in shower. It is private to that bedroom, but can be used by Bedroom 3, as it can be accessed via the ante-room. Bedroom 3 is a single room, with a full-sized single bed Sky lights are in this room, not a traditional window. Minimum age of children is 8 years. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC. TV/DVD in each of double bedrooms. LOUNGE has log-burner in a character inglenook fireplace (Fuel provided), Comfortable leather sofas and local Grandfather clock.
