Top level is the Master bedroom which includes an en-suite and covered balcony. There is plenty of storage as the room features a 4 door wardrobe,tallboy and bedsie tables framing the very comfortable Queen size bed. This room has enough space for a cot should this be required, this is available upon request. The room is light, airy and peaceful. The middle level features the entrance and a large garage. This level also has 2 bedrooms one has a King single and the other has a bunk bed which is single on top and double on the bottom. These rooms also have ample hanging space with large wardrobes and plenty of natural light. You will also find a bathroom with a bath tub on this level. The ground level features a powder room and laundry fitted with washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen is fully equiped and includes a dishwasher and microwave. The dining table seats 6. There is a comfortable 2 seat sofa and 3 seat sofa( which converts to a bed for 2 ), there is a TV in a cabinet and a DVD player. The private courtyard is covered and has a outdoor setting and a gas BBQ. The Townhouse has reverse cycle air-conditioning, has quality furnishings and is spotlessly clean.
