Lealtad - Old mine, which has been converted into a large holiday home
License number: ETV / 0424 What an unusual rental property: This former mine blends harmoniously a dignified industrial coal past with a luxurious present as a holiday property. The transformation of this former mine was performed wonderfully and today still shows the old masonry, the arches and the old beamed ceilings and next to it. B. modern bathrooms. A total of six bedrooms and seven modern bathrooms await you in a rural setting, along with three separate living rooms on each floor and a large kitchen. Two bedrooms are located in the vaulted cellar, so guests can sleep in a semicircular room under a honey-colored stone pit. The bedrooms are spread over three floors, each with a living room and an outside staircase. There is plenty of outdoor space - terraces of more than 100 m2 - and the large pool is right in front of the building, where there is also an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. The mine is located on the edge of the village of Bianamar and right on the edge of the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. Pedestrian paths and bike paths lead directly from the village through ancient forests to the mountains. The village is largely untouched but hosts one of the island's strangest and most fascinating festivals in September: a rage of devils in the heavily ruined and roofless old church. Biniamar is within easy reach of Palma and the nearby larger town of Lloseta also has a train connection.
