Pencarrow Rose with Spa pool and Gym and Pool. near Fieldays andAvantidrome

In the rural part of Hamilton just off State Highway 1 is the beautiful Rose of Pencarrow it is a part of a large house. It offers a single room with your own exterior entry and the choice of either 2 long singles or 1 Super King sized bed with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. There is a friendly small dog and kitten on site that might come say hello. Rose of Pencarrow is only a 5 minute drive to Mystery Creek (Fieldays) and a 10 minute drive to Cambridge Avantidrome (Velodrome). The pool is available for use during the summer time and shortly a spa pool by the end of April. Please be aware, this is a homestay property and therefore needs 24hr booking in advance of your stay. We reserve the right to decline a booking if this timeframe is not honoured. Hamilton is centrally located to the main attractions in the Waikato Region, like Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, Avantidrome Cambridge, Cambridge Historic town, Claudelands Event Centre, Rugby at the FMG Waikato Stadium, cricket at Seddon Park, and rowing at Lake Karapiro. Hamilton is also an ideal base for any traveller who needs to visit other nearby towns or cities all within 1 2 hours away, like Auckland, Cambridge, Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga or Mount Maunganui, and Raglan. If you are interested in restaurants or night life, it is a short drive to the city where a few local pubs or clubs, cafes, restaurants and casino are. Pets are negotiable and pricing will vary depending on length of stay and size.
