Both for summer holidays and winter sports (skiing / hiking area). 4.5 room apartment. 2-6 people, 100 m2 living space. 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath) with shower & toilet, Living room & hall. 2 balconies: 1x on the north side & 1x on the south side. with deck chairs. Kitchen with table and 6 chairs, kitchen stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, ironing board & iron + vacuum cleaner. Washing machine is on the ground floor for general use, against payment. Central heating. Private garage. At the entrance of the building there is a storage room for skis and shoes. High season rent 495.00 euros per week Low season 425.00 euros per week including gaz, water & electricity. Exclusive are: * Final cleaning (mandatory) (70 euros) * Linen costs for bed linen, bath, hand & kitchen towels (50 euros total)         If you bring your own bed linen, bath, hand and kitchen towels, the laundry costs will not be charged. * Tourist taxes (mandatory) 1.60 CHF (adults) & 0.80 (children) p. p.p. n. Use our wifi: 20 euros per week. It is a 5 minute walk from the apartment to the local supermarket & bakery. There is a bank with a cash desk & tourism information office. There are also some restaurants. In the center of Eischoll’s there is a ski lift to the ski area around Visp. The advantage of this ski area is that there is no long waiting time & time for ski lifts and the ski trails are not overcrowded. Everything is very calm! This ski area (1240 - 2550 m) is particularly attractive for beginners and advanced. There is also a ski school for ski lessons & snowboard lessons. You can also go cross-country skiing. You can ski from Christmas to Easter. Eischoll also offers many guided hiking tours (information from the tourist office). From the Eischoll you can make beautiful excuses to Verbier, Saas-Fee, Zermatt, Milaan & Aosta etc. You can also mountain bike in Eischoll and there are 60 km of trails. Mountain bikes can be rented in Eischoll, Bürchen or Unterbäch. Leukerbad (45 min drive) is a spa where you can swim and cure: spa's, jacuzzi, swimming pool, sports pool and indoor pool. Eischoll can be reached by car via Visp or Turtmann. Or from Raron (valley) with cabin lift. You can also fly with Easyjet (cheap flights) to Geneva or Basel (flights also with Swiss) and with a rental car it is about 2 hours from Geneva-Eischoll & Basel-Eischoll. The 15 km of slopes offer something for all winter sports enthusiasts. Everyone can learn to ski, carve or board on the slopes or let off steam with their winter sports equipment. The slope to the village is accessible all winter and at the valley station of the chairlift you also benefit from the free parking space. There is also a 3 km toboggan run that leads from Strygge to the village. Sledding fun can also be increased by a Ghosky sledge. These special sleds can be rented from the valley station of the chairlift. This region is also ideal for winter hikes and snowshoe tours.
