Great South Bay overlook

Custom built post and beam home located 300 ft from the Great South Bay. Enjoy breathtaking views and tranquility while staying in a heavy timber wood home. This is for the apartment located on the 2nd and 3rd levels of the building (1st floor apartment has no shared space and completely separate entrances. There are two separate homes in the building!) With 3 bedrooms(bedroom #1-master with king bed, bedroom #2-queen bed and bunk bed, bedroom #3- two twin beds) 1 bath, kitchen and living area. For extra sleeping space we have a cozy nook twin size bed in common space, and a queen air mattress upon request! There are regular stairs on the side entrance for people not comfortable with spiral stairs. Quick walk to the bay with paddle boards available!! Backyard is set up with an 18' above ground pool with deck. We also have an outdoor shower, kids play-set and backyard space. Upper level house apartment. That includes the entire second and third floors. Two decks. The backyard, and pool. (First floor apartment is completely separate. No shared space. Separate entrances.) The town dock and bay is just a couple minute walk.
