Breath Taking Views

Our home has the most incredible view in Colorado. On our beautiful wrap-around deck you will have uninterrupted views of Mt Hope, Quail mountain, La Plata, and of course, Mount Elbert, the highest peak in Colorado. On the deck, you will find an outside fire feature and a barbecue grill, both use propane and are attached to the house gas. The deck is fully furnished with bistro furniture, tables, chairs, and a rocker. You are steps away from a BLM and National Forest trails that connects you to Mt Albert Forebay. If that is not enough, it has a fitness room with an Octane elliptical and a bow flex, and a steam shower to complete your workout. In the house, you will have all new appliances (washer, dryer, smart refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, hood, and microwave) a dartboard, and a foosball table. In the living room, you have an electric lazy-boy couch to relax, put your feet up and look at the view. All beds are new and have organic sheets. This brand new concrete structure was completed in October 2020.
