You can expect very a friendly atmosphere and off street parking. A great space to stay when visiting West Chester University for sure the town it self. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROFESSIONAL CLEANED AND MY HOME IS SANITIZED EACH VISIT ! Safety Lights through out to keep your Visit safe and comfortable! Sit back and relax and watch a movie on Netflix. There is a common area out side in the backyard as well to enjoy a nice Sunny Day :) I am available 24/7 and live on on the upper floors , but you have total privacy. We have a great neighborhood. This is a great stay if visiting WEST CHESTER UNIVERSITY which is only a 5 to 10 minute trip away. Barker Park, 20 minute away from Malls in King of Prussia, hour from Philadelphia. Plenty of Local Restaurants. Local dog park there’s plenty to do in West Chester Buses stop at the top of my street, we also have Uber & Lyft as well. We are very close to route 3 West Chester Pike, and Route 202 ENTRANCE TO YOUR STAY OVER IS LOCATED AT BOTTOM OF DRIVEWAY AT THE WELCOME SIGN, ALSO WHEN PLACING FOOD ORDERS PLEASE SPECIFY TO USE THAT SAME ENTRANCE! CLEANING FEE WILL BE $50 PER STAY NO MORE THEN 3 PERSONS PER STAY ARE PERMITTED, UNLESS FIRST APPROVED BY DON . ** I AM DOING EVERYTHING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE DURING YOUR STAY AS MY HOME IS YOURS.
