Holiday Lodge on the edge of the New Forest

This beautiful 2 bedroom dog friendly lodge is situated in a luxury Holiday Village set in a blissfully quiet area of woodland with direct access to the New Forest National Park. You will have the privilege to explore the ancient forest and heathland from your very own access gate situated on the park itself. It is also the ideal gateway to discovering many gorgeous local villages and market towns with character all of their own. The accommodation itself enjoys spacious open plan living, including the lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and raised spacious veranda. With two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms (one en-suite) this lodge is a perfect choice for up to four people who are seeking a peaceful and restful break in a stunning location. The beautifully decorated hallway will provide plenty of space to remove shoes and hang up coats before entering the large open plan kitchen and living room area. The kitchen itself includes all the amenities you will need for a relaxing stay - whether you decide to eat in or eat out and is equipped with a gas oven and microwave. There is a washing machine/dryer should you wish to use them, as well as a dishwasher. The space provided is very comfortable for a party of 4 to dine in. The living room area includes a Smart TV and an in-built bluetooth sound system and games are provided. With 2 comfortable sofas you can just sit back and relax. Patio doors lead onto a large decking area which wraps around the lodge. There is patio furniture provided for you to enjoy a drink - or a meal - outside if the weather is kind! The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite fully equiped shower room with a heated towel rail. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room is across the hallway, also with a heated towel rail. Bedlinen and towels are provided at no extra cost. The property benefits from free WiFi. With a large range of activities, boredom is not an option at Green Hill Farm. There’s a whole host of family friendly activities to keep everyone entertained, including bungee trampolines, mountain bike hire, Segways, Archery, mini golf, Ranger activity programme as well as many more. You can relax in the cafe bar and pizzeria whilst the children can play in the children’s park adjacent or join them as they toast marshmallows on the fire pit. These activities are not available from 31st October until 31st March due to being seasonal. Get to know the local area and explore everything the New Forest has to offer including Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park, New Forest Water Park or just enjoy the 150 square miles of the New Forest itself. If you fancy going a little further afield, the stunning cathedral city of Salisbury is only 20 minutes away and not far from there are the iconic Neolithic stones of Stonehenge. If you long for a sandy beach and some fresh air, the sandy beaches of Hengitsbury Head and Bournemouth are a little over half an hours drive away. You do not have to stray far to enjoy some wonderful walks within the natural beauty with its abundance of free roaming animals, together with other wonderful places to explore, including the local historic towns and other villages dotted along the Hampshire and Dorset Coast. If you are treating yourself to an evening out, there are plenty of local Inns and Restaurants a short distance away from the park. Dogs are allowed at a surcharge of £20 but are limited to a medium sized or 2 small dogs due to space.
