Located in an exceptional rural setting, bordered by meadows and next to the forest, Chez Valère offers you all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. With easy parking, the house is made up of 2 gîtes which can be rented together or separately. It can accommodate 4 to 15 people. Completely renovated in 2014, the duplex gite for 9 people is located on the first and second floor of the house. On the first floor are the living rooms: a large kitchen and the dining room, a living room overlooking the garden as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor are 2 other bedrooms and a shower room. You will find there all the comfort of an equipped kitchen and sufficient crockery. You can relax in the lounge in the leather armchairs (3 places, 2 places and 1 ottoman) in front of the wood stove with window. To sleep and have a good night, 4 bedrooms are at your disposal. 1 bedroom in pine with a double bed (1m60 x 2m) and wardrobe, 1 bedroom with two single beds and an office area, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers, 1 large bedroom with 3 single beds, a sofa, a television, a kicker and board games. Two bathrooms with WC are available to refresh you. Completely renovated in 2016, you can rent, in addition or independently, the cottage for 4 to 6 people. This gîte which is located on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a large hall and a bathroom. At the back of the house is a large, leafy garden with views of the surrounding countryside. You will find in the garden a covered terrace and a barbecue, table and garden chairs (parasol, cushions and tablecloth are provided). A petanque field is also available. In terms of activities, several walks leave from the cottage to the woods and the surrounding countryside. By taking the car, you will discover the surrounding villages: Porcheresse and its hoof museum, Gedinne and the Houille valley, Daverdisse and its walks along Lesse, The Millennium Tower on the plateau of the Croix Scaille and its many walks . You are close to the caves of Han, the Semois valley (Botassart, Rochehaut, Frahan, Vresse, Alle, Chairière, the ham of the Semois), Bouillon and its castle, Rochefort and its comtal castle, Lavaux Ste Anne and its castle, Beauraing and its sanctuary, from the Euro Space Center in Redu.
