Large Private Room with Kitchenette & Private Bath

This large room (300 sq ft) in a single family home in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to trains to Boston. The space has a kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. There is a table/work area, walk in closet with dresser and a full bath with a shower. There is a separate entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. Guests are free to use the back patio outside their room and walk around the back yard outside. Guests have access to their room, bath, kitchenette and the entryway where they enter. There is also a back patio with a table and two chairs where they can sit out in the spring, summer and fall. They are also welcome to walk out in and enjoy the back yard. We are happy to greet guests when they arrive if we are around and available but guests are always free to come and go as the please. We are available by phone, text or email if there are any issues. This is a quiet residential neighborhood outside of Boston. There is a train station about 3-4 miles away that where you can catch a train to downtown Boston (takes about 20 minutes). We are also about a 20 minute drive to Gillette Stadium in Foxboro and close to lots of local shopping. See check in instructions for information regarding parking. There are two train stations in town: Islington Station (2 miles away) and University Station (4 miles away). More trains go through University station than islington Station but you should check the schedule for both to see exact train times. Gillette Stadium is a 20 minute drive on Route 1 from our house but many people going to Gillette Stadium prefer to use Uber to get back and forth.
