Sunny apt w/ private deck, Bay view
Sunny apt with private entrance, full kitchen, luxurious bathroom, deck, and stunning bay view. Walking distance to downtown Point Richmond and easy access to BART, 580 freeway, San Francisco, Wine country, and more. Access to lower deck & garden! Bathed in sunlight, this relaxing in-law apartment is nestled in the Richmond Riviera, perched high above beautiful San Francisco Bay. Facing west, the bedroom (separated by a partial wall and curtain, but no door) has its own deck, and you can also access a much larger deck in the backyard, on the level just below. The bedroom has a queen size bed with an eco-friendly Keetsa mattress and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen comes equipped and features an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and LG refrigerator. A dvd player, ROKU, and Wireless internet access provided. Enjoy a private entrance to your unit that descends alongside the house. For added safety, a first door unlocks access to the walkway, and of course the unit has its own locking door as well. We offer a parking space in our driveway if you have a compact car, but for a larger car, street parking is available which is not restricted by street cleaning. Please let us know right away if anything is not satisfactory or if you need assistance in any way. We live upstairs and will do our best to assist and remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Stroll down the steep hill to adorable Point Richmond center in the evenings for dinner at various restaurants. Grab a beer at the Up & Under Pub and Grill. Take a plunge at the Richmond Natatorium after your morning coffee at Little Louies, or Kaleidescope Cafe. Or just walk along the Bay and soak up the sun! Catch Uber or Lyft to Richmond BART (less than 10 minutes away) and access the whole Bay Area including both Oakland and San Francisco Airports. Immediate access to/from the 580 freeway which takes you to Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, or if you take the Richmond-San Rafael bridge, Marin county, Highway 1 and the Pacific coast, and wine country. Please be aware that due to the steep stairs and vertical nature of this space, it is not really kid-friendly. Also, please note that we live upstairs and have a young child of our own. Please understand that we will try our hardest to keep the noise level down, but that inevitably you may hear our child play, cry, and do what children do between the hours of 7am and 8:30pm. If you require total silence to enjoy your stay, this space is probably not for you.
