Welcome to our luxurious self-contained apartment with separate entrance, large bedroom, ensuite, kitchenette (with sofa bed), and outdoor dining area which opens onto a lovely large sub-tropical garden. Located on the clifftop we are just a 3-minute walk to the premium North Shore beach village, Mairangi Bay, where you will find restaurants, cafes, bars, local shops, and a well-stocked supermarket. Murrays Bay is also just a 3-minute walk away. Both beaches are very safe for swimming. In the summer months, you can enjoy our heated 15m pool, hot tub, and BBQ facilities. The apartment has its own entrance and private outdoor dining area. The ensuite is modern and the lounge/kitchen contains a sofa bed, TV, fridge, electric hob, microwave and frying pan for cooking. Guests can access the laundry room and, with permission, the gym (in the garage), pool, spa, and bbq.
