This amazing 6 bedroom minimal villa is in the area of Mellisaki. It has a large terrace with a sea water swimming pool, from where you have an amazing sea view and fantastic sunset views. This villa is ideal for a group of friends or two families, who want to relax, swim and enjoy the sun. Everything you could ask for rolled up into one!! Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation. The villa is 4 kilometers from the harbor and 2 kilometers from the closest organized beach Xyla. There is a dirt road, a 4 X 4 is recommended but not necessary. Villa Hanna is in the area of Mellisaki and consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a w.c. On the first floor is the master suite with a large bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Below the living room are four large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. To the side is a smaller sixth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure. Facilities: 5 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, 1 w.c. One bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Once a week changing of sheets and towels, no smoking in the house , children under supervision, 3-6 pm quiet hours (siesta time) and after 12 at night. A boat trip on a 43ft yacht can be arranged (at a set price) to a secluded beach of your choice (depending on the weather).
