Kalama Park Studio

Kalama Park House sits across the street from beautiful Kalama park with a basketball court and baseball field. 3.5 miles from the airport and just a few blocks from downtown Redmond, you have convenience at your finger tips! You will have the studio all to yourself and are welcome to use the backyard, BBQ, or just enjoy the patio with your favorite beverage. The dogs will always be under supervision. You may say hello, or keep your privacy. We will be sure to respect your wishes. This studio is charming, spacious and private with a beautiful bathroom, cozy sitting area, and kitchenette. Purchased in 2009, this 1932 home was a labor of love, needing lots of TLC. The 430 sq ft studio was added in 2015. The built in wardrobes, the vanity and the wood doors are all handmade. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! Your studio is full of amenities such as a mini fridge with snacks like popcorn and breakfast bars, drinks, coffee bar, micro-wave and and an Apple TV. You are welcome to say hello, introduce yourself and ask any questions, or you may have complete privacy and keep to yourself. The studio is your home. Kalama Park Studio has a private entrance. Guests may park in the drive and use the gate on the right side of the house to walk through to the entrance in the backyard. The lockbox with key is to the right of the door on the fence post. The studio is for your private use and inaccessible from the main house for guests privacy. I am available to answer any questions via email or text Kalama Park is across the street and provides a wonderful place to stretch your legs or have a picnic! The Canyon is just two blocks west and offers a walking or biking path that travels through Redmond and several parks which host live music in the summer. Downtown is within walking distance but bring your bikes and get there faster. Redmond has just recently incorporated Uber as well. Our friendly kitty, Luis, loves to say hello! Charlie is our border collie mix and Piper is the australian lab mix. They are both friendly, however Charlie is shy. They will be under supervision at all times so you will feel comfortable. They are not allowed in the suite so that there will be as little 'pet' in the space as possible, however something to be aware of if you have allergies to cats or dogs. Please no children under the age of 10. Thank you!
