Up stairs is the master bedroom with a walk-in robe and en-suite and the remaining area is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining. The Lounge and dining havebi-fold doors opening out onto a spacious deck that includes a BBQ and stunningviews. Wharewaka Point beach is close by and includes a BBQ entertaining areaand a childrens playground. You also have nearbyfour mile bay which has a boat ramp. *Linen and towels are not included, hire is available for$15.00 per person. Please ensure this is selected when you make your request or let us know in the comments section if you wish to add linen hire. **This Bachdoes not have WiFi Special conditions: Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours.This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. Disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated.
