The Space This poolside apartment in Karon Beach is thoughtfully appointed fusing traditional western comfort with Thai styling and décor. The 4 Star accommodation hosts floor to ceiling windows and air conditioning and Wi-Fi to all areas. The lounge features comfortable seating for six and a flat scree TV with Cable Package. The kitchen and dining area are fully appointed with a fridge, four burner stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery for six and an assortment of cooking utensils. There is a large dining table with seating for four. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, a writing/computer desk, ample storage and dual access to a wraparound balcony. The en-suite bathroom is accessed via a large walk-in closet area and features marble encased deep bathtub and very large walk-in shower. There is also a well-lit seated dressing table. Our guest bedroom is normally made up with twin beds but we may be able to convert this to a queen bed setup on request. There is ample closet space and access to a small balcony. The guest bathroom is large and stylish, featuring a very large walk-in shower. Guest access There is one short flight of stairs to access the apartment. The complex itself is only 5 to 10 minute walk from the world renowned Karon Beach and its shopping and restaurant area. It is also only a 10 minute drive to the cosmopolitan night-life, shopping and restaurants in Patong. Guest interaction I or one of the Guest Services staff will greet you and run you through the check-in process. We then will allow you to enjoy your privacy but we are always on call to help where we can. Please remember we are able to book any trips or attractions you may wish to visit along with any taxis you may require during your stay. Neighbourhood overview Phuket, situated in the Andaman Sea, to the south of Thailand is the largest of the countries many Islands. With a range of mountains in the west of the island creating a spine running from the north to the south the island is divided into two distinct separate sides. The highest elevation of the island is Mai Thao Sip Song (Twelve Canes), at 529 meters (1,736 ft.) above sea level. The island total length, from north to south, is estimated at 48 Km (30 m) and 21 Km (13 m) wide. The western coast has several sandy beaches which now comprise of the most “Tourist Developed Areas”. The east of the island is where you will find the main commercial and administrative areas, primarily based in or around Phuket Town, along with the main ports, marinas and agricultural areas. One of the most popular tourist areas on Phuket is Patong Beach on the central western coast, perhaps owing to the easy access to its wide and long beach. Most of Phuket's nightlife and its cheap shopping is in Patong, and the area has become both popular for its nightlife and shopping alike. Karon Beach is south of Patong and is generally much less developed than Patong, and sought out by individuals, families and other groups with a preference for more relaxed and less crowded environments. There are many islands to the southeast, including Bon Island, just a short boat trip away. There are several coral islands to the south of Phuket, the Similan Islands lie to the north-west, and Phi Phi Islands to the south-east. Islanders engage in a lively tourist trade, catering to snorkelers and scuba divers. Getting around Local taxis and "Tuk Tuk's" are readily available but if qualified there are motor cycles and cars to rent for reasonable rates - just ask us to arrange this for you so get the best, safe deal. Your Arrival Please let me know what time you expect to arrive and if you are arriving in Phuket by plane you Flight No. and arrival time. We ask so we can ensure there are staff available to show you to your room. Also we have found we now have to issue a notice because so many visitors trash the apartments leaving them in an awful state. I am in no way suggesting this is what you would do but we do have to cover ourselves legally. Polite Cleaning Notice 
Please be aware that we do not allow Durian or Smoking in the apartment.

We request you keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. It is privately owned and is somebodies home so please show respect. 

If the apartment is left unduly messy or smelly there will be an additional clean fee of 5,000THB charged prior to your departure.
