3 Bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms split-level cabin: Enjoy 120 feet of private shoreline w/dock, screened in "club house", deck, and fire pit. Canoe, kayaks and life jackets provided. Bring your own boat-the public boat launch is just across the lake! Take in the view from large windows facing the lake. Bedding, towels, and basic kitchen amenities provided. Dogs welcome with pre-approval and $15 fee. NO TV, but WIFI. Please READ the entire listing & house rules BEFORE making a reservation. Guests will have the entire house to themselves, off street parking, 4 youth kayaks, 4 adult kayaks, private dock, fire pit, and swimming area. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom all on one floor. ALL GUESTS must be included in the reservation-even day visitors. Bedroom #1: Queen bed with patio door opening to deck, faces the lake Bedroom #2: Queen bed, also has patio door opening to deck, faces the lake Bedroom #3: Twin loft bed,queen bed. Livingroom: Brand new queen sleeper sofa. No TVs but WIFI to stream off your own device. Towels, blankets, and other supplies will be provided according to number of guests registered for the stay. Additional fees apply for more than 7 guests. Public beach and boat launch are just across the lake! Located very close to the Sand Dunes & Sherburne Wildlife Refuge. Great trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Ring Doorbell in use. Dogs welcome with additional fee. Please consider us for fall hiking in the nature preserve, ice fishing on Lake Ann, cross-country skiing in the nature reserve, or a family holiday out of the city! Guests will have the entire house and additional screened in party room by the lake to themselves. Plenty of off-street parking is available. All guests must be included in the reservation. Cameras may be in use in the garage, front door, and entrance/exit doors. ALL GUESTS must be included on the reservation-even day visitors. Due to increased utilities, wear and tear, septic, and liabilities, we charge for day guests. Any guest sneaking in additional guests and/or pets are subject to additional fees and/or early termination of their reservation. We are only 15 minutes away and available to help guests if needed. I try to check in all of the guests, and will be on the property for maintainance, yard care, etc. This is a cabin (not a mansion, 5 stair hotel, or other fancy (Website hidden by Airbnb) just a cabin). Please come & have fun, but keep your expectations realistic. It's an older property on a lake in a wooded area. Therefore, wildlife and other critters may make an appearance and the lake has it's own agenda. We cannot control lake water temperature, water quality, fish biting, fish size, wind, sunshine, time of sunset, etc. Hopefully, you understand we try our best with what we can control. Ann Lake is conveniently located about 8 miles from Big Lake and 4 miles from Zimmerman. Both towns offer coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Nearest public transportation is the North Star Train, with stations in Elk River and Big Lake. Information on the youth kayaks: The Lifetime 6' Youth Kayak with bonus paddle is specifically designed for kids ages 5 years and up, or up to 130 lbs. The wide stance provides a stable paddling platform to help keep your child safely in the kayak. Its sloped back end and swim-up step allow the rider to easily re-enter the kayak from the water. This Lifetime Wave kayak features scupper holes and ideal stability. It has multiple footrest positions so your child can change position and still be comfortable.
