Welcome to Braeside Cottage; a taste of rural living in the village of Terara situated on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. Braeside Cottage offers you peaceful place to relax and take time out. Here you can be as quiet or as busy as you want to as we are situated only minutes from the Nowra CBD, 10 -20 minutes from the pristine beaches of the magical Jervis Bay and the historical townships of Berry and Kangaroo Valley. This family orientated cottage offers 3 bedrooms; main bedroom has a king size bed, room two has a queen size bed and room three has a tri bed (single up top and double below), basic limited linen is provided, the beds are made up of freshly laundered sheets and covered duvets. There are two living areas which are light and sunny, you can take in the rural surroundings from either area. There is a TV, DVD player, Wifi, Chromecast, some inside & outside games, books to use as well. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, basic utensils provided , crockery, cutlery and dishwasher. The bathroom and toilet are separate with an easily accessible shower. The laundry offers washing and ironing facilities for you. There is also a bbq/dining area on the verandah, overlooking farmland and a quiet rural scene. This catches the morning sun and is a peaceful place to enjoy a morning tea or coffee. Braeside Cottage is in close vicinity to scenic Shoalhaven River, pristine beaches of Jervis Bay. Take advantage of being near the water and book a river cruise or a fishing charter, dolphin cruise on the spectacular Jervis Bay. Visit our local wineries, there is eight outstanding wineries in the region, this could include having "High tea" at the picturesque Cambewarra Estate Winery. There are many award winning restaurants - Pelican Rocks Cafe at Greenwell Point, The Butter Factory at Pyree. Lots of local bush walks, The Grotto, Ben's Walk, Bomaderry Creek Walk, Drawing Room Rocks, many at Currarong and Point Perpendicular to name a few. There is always markets on most weekends. You could always hit one of the local Golf Courses, or try learning to surf or maybe horse riding on the beach at Shoalhaven Heads ** There is No Access to side gates to other property *** * Not suitable for events, school leavers ** * Please leave the property the way you found it, clean and tidy - additional cleaning charges will apply if not ** * No noise after 10pm
