Recently renovated you will find there, on the ground floor : - a pleasant living room with a stove - a dining area with fitted kitchen - a bathroom with double sink, Italian shower and WC - a separate toilet with hand basin - a large bedroom with a queen size bed and upstairs: - 2 bedrooms with a double bed + a single bed - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 mezzanine / living room with armchairs, TV corner, books, ... A large basement is left available (except 1 room) with workbench, sink, ... Enough to store all your vacation necessities (bikes, bike racks, roof box, ...) Outside, the house offers a large terrace with open views, below a small garden by the water with its private pontoon, and, on the other side of the house, a private parking space (for 2 to 3 cars ).
