Downstairs are three double bedrooms, 2 have a single bunk above and a large kids entertainment area. Upstairs is the sun-drenched open plan living and dining room with sensational ocean views to Kawau Island. The master bedroom and ensuite is also upstairs. It is a short walk to the beach and the new and very popular Snells Beach playground. There is a stunning coast walk around the suburb for those energetic enough to explore. Snells Beach is a great base to all the Mahurangi region has to offer - great beaches, wineries and bush walks.
