Charming, bright apartment attached to a 2007 custom Vermont country french home located on the shores of Lake Champlain. Breath taking westerly Adirondack views offer dramatic sunsets and lake views of Button Bay. The property consists of 12 acres of fields, woods, stone walls and gardens with the home situated privately looking over the lake shore. The apartment has a private entrance. We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington The apartment is approximately 750 square feet and is accessed from a private entrance. The space consists of an open living area and charming kitchen, dining area, There is a large bedroom with queen size bed, and a large 3/4 bath with a spacious walk in tiled shower. Two sets of French doors lead to a private balcony overlooking lovely gardens and of course the beautiful lake. Gas grill and seating area on the deck. Good parking, private entrance, private beach, outdoor sitting area My husband and I live in the main house and are available for assistance and advice to make your stay with us comfortable and memorable. The Button Bay Area is a vacationers paradise. We are located on the Vermont bike way with all of its amazing scenery. Basin Harbor Club is just 2 miles from our front door offering golfing, dining and other resort amenities. Button Bay state park is one mile with trails and picnic sites. Lake Champlain Maritime Museum is 2 miles offering extensive history and exhibits of the lake. Downtown Vergennes is a 12 minute ride and offers a great selection of award winning restaurants and quaint shops. The Burlington international airport is 45 minutes away. Basin Harbor has a small private airstrip 5 minutes away. Satellite tv, wifi available. Keurig coffee maker coffee provided. With advance notice I will be happy to stock your refrigerator with some of the items you enjoy to save you the trouble upon your arrival. I will charge a small extra fee for this service. We have some great local items that I can suggest as well. Gourmet chocolates, fresh baked bread and farmers market items to name a few.
