Spacious gathering space with full kitchen and eat-in dining. Separate bedroom with queen sized bed and full bath. Light, clean and cozy! Guest apartment is separate from our home and has a private entrance/parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood in central Baton Rouge. Enjoy our back patio with fire pit, and feel free to sample from our garden! Located in central Baton Rouge, you have quick access to I-10 and I-12, and are minutes away from plenty of restaurants and shopping. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of families. We have 4 young children, whom you will most likely see roaming about the neighborhood. The apartment is newly renovated, with brand new flooring throughout and fast WiFi (1K mbps download & upload speed). Kitchen is stocked with cooking/eating essentials. Everything you need is here! Guests have access to the entire apartment. I will be available by text message or phone call. I am usually home most days. We are very near Airline Highway and I-12. We are about 15 minutes away from LSU. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc within a 5-10 minute drive. Car, Uber, City bus We live in a neighborhood with LOTS of young families and children (including our 4). We ask that you be mindful of the fact that there are almost always kids riding bikes, scooters, etc. Please keep an eye out for them when you are coming and going! We have a toy Australian Shepherd named Rebel. He loves to make people think he is fierce and protective, but the reality is that he is a 6 lb ball of fluff. He barks, but that's about it!
