This beautiful Mid Mod home built in 1960 is owned by a professional musician-thus the feel of a Nashville studio residence. From the record player and the owners selection of vinyl, you'll find so much to love about this groovy space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, wine & shot glasses, and a Keurig Coffee maker. This unique space is defined by it's amazing musical theme. Electric and acoustic guitars are available to play and even a Yamaha Amp to plug into. There is also a Ukulele, Mandolin, and Tambourine. Best of all is the Grand Piano. More than just classy, this space is groovy and cool. In addition, there is free WIFI and free Netflix. Trust me, you will love it! As a guest, you have access to everything but the basement, master bedroom and the rear rear family room. Make yourself at home in the large living space, bedrooms and kitchen! The Delaware is located in the "Park Central" area of Martinsburg. This quiet and lovely neighborhood is one of the most desirable areas to live in. Lots of joggers, dog walkers, and other sweet people tend to cruise by. Be sure to wave! The park is just 2 blocks farther north on Delaware. Be careful, you might want to stay forever... There is a bus service in town as well as Uber and Lyft. Taxi's are also available on call. This isn't a shared space so make yourself at home. There are no quiet times or limits on noise. While you are our guests, you are home.
