Apartment in the farmhouse with swimming pool

Nestled in the countryside just steps from the sea Villa delle Rondini is a great opportunity for those who want to spend a relaxing period. It is surrounded by 3000 square meters of green park where the ancient olive trees dominate. The structure has been divided into apartments and rooms with independent entrances, obtained from an original stone and brick farmhouse, skilfully renovated, managing to combine traditional materials with the comforts of a modern home. The apartments, furnished with simple and functional interiors, favoring materials such as wood and wrought iron, are equipped with a kitchen complete with fridge, 4 burners, sink and all the necessary kitchenware, central heating, bathroom with shower, TV and - in two of these - the fireplace. They can accommodate from 4 to 5 people. The large outdoor lawn is equipped with sun loungers, games for children and a barbecue with gazebo. There is a 6x12 meter swimming pool for free for our guests. Inside the park there is ample space for parking cars.
